Williamson keen for midfield return

Lee Williamson expects his right-back switch to be a short-term change after Pompey went down at Stevenage.

But Williamson insisted he would be prepared to carry on defending for Michael Appleton’s side this season.

The 30-year-old made up part of the backline who shipped two poor goals in defeat at the Lamex Stadium last night.
