Football League tells fans: Keep showing we can make a difference during crisis

Fans of Football League clubs have been told to carry on doing their bit in the coronavirus lockdown - and showing the football family has a vital role to play in the community.

Crawley Town are among clubs to share the latest missives from league bosses with fans.

The EFL statement said: "COVID-19 has presented a hugely challenging and uncertain time for everyone and our thoughts are with all those directly affected by the pandemic. The Government’s message is clear - stay at home, protect the NHS, save lives.
