Bexhill to face Eastbourne in T20 cup

Bexhill Cricket Club will travel to local rivals Eastbourne in round two of the Gray-Nicolls Sussex T20 Cup.

The draw for the last 16 of the county competition was announced yesterday (Tuesday) and Bexhill will make the short trip to fellow Sussex Premier League side Eastbourne on Sunday June 7.

Bexhill were eight-wicket winners at home to Division Four side Hellingly in round one on Saturday, while Eastbourne were victorious away to Division Two side Hastings Priory.

The pick of the other second round ties is a local derby between perennial Premier League high-flyers Horsham and reigning league champions Roffey.
