The stalker ex-boyfriend of Mile Oak teenager Shana Grice was sentenced to 25 years in prison this morning (March 23).

Michael Lane, 27, a tyre and exhaust fitter of Thornhill Rise, Portslade, was convicted yesterday (March 22) at Lewes Crown Court of the murder of 19-year-old Shana.

She was killed at her address in Chrisdory Road, Portslade, on Friday, August 25 2016.

Today, Lane was sentenced to life imprisonment, with a recommendation that he serve a term of not less than 25 years.
