UPDATE: Police investigating arson attack at Horsham playground

Emergency services were called to the fire at a play area in Englefield at around 6pm on Sunday (April 17).
A spokesman for the fire service said the floor of the playground was ‘deliberately’ set alight.

Hide AdPolice said some play tyres were burnt in the incident and residents extinguished the fire using a hose before emergency services arrived. No injuries were reported.
The incident is being treated as arson and officers are appealing for information.
Anyone who saw the incident or has any information is asked to contact police by emailing [email protected] or ring 101 quoting serial 1121 of 17/04.
