“Both organisations rely heavily on support from their communities and SJA Health Insurance is happy to play its part in helping to fund this vital work even if it does mean me abseiling 180ft off a tower!”
The vital work performed by both charities struck a chord for the staff at SJA Health Insurance.
There are potentially 1,000 families with life-limited children in Sussex and Chestnut Tree House offers support including psychological and bereavement support and end-of-life and short-break care.

Hide AdIt currently costs more than £3.9million each year to provide all the care services offered by Chestnut Tree House.
Families are never charged for their care and less than 6p in every pound is funded by the Government, so the hospice relies heavily on the generosity, help and support of the people of Sussex.
Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance provides a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS), responding to patients who have suffered trauma or serious medical emergencies. They operate 24 hours a day.
