GALLERY: Old-fashioned games at Steyning Museum
The Children’s Activity Day, designed for those of primary school age, proved successful, with more than 40 youngsters taking part on Thursday, February 20.
Education volunteer Joan Denwood said: “The children were able to try on historical costumes and play with old-fashioned toys and games.

“They even had the opportunity to look at 3D pictures through old stereoscopes.”
She said there were nearly as many parents as children, so the atmosphere was fun, lively and buzzing, thanks to the efforts of the volunteer helpers.
